At ResMed, we help people sleep better, live better and feel their best. As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers on their sleep health journey while working in a professional healthcare retail environment.
Casual: Availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends
Location: Moonee Ponds, VIC
Training provided — no healthcare experience required
Customer‑focused role with purpose
Based in our Moonee Ponds retail clinic, you’ll be the face of ResMed — delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive sleep health outcomes and achieving sales results.
You’ll:
Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
Achieve individual and store targets in a supportive team environment
Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control
Complete product training to build confidence and expertise
Follow up with customers to build trust and long‑term relationships
Handle POS transactions, admin tasks and equipment care

You’re friendly, motivated and customer‑focused, with a genuine desire to help people.
You’ll bring:
Experience in retail or customer service
A sales‑driven mindset balanced with care and empathy
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment
Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare retail setting
Experience with KPI's, sales or achieving goals
Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a bonus, but not essential.
