SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Retail Development Specialist, you will be responsible to manage and develop Jotun’s Painters community and networking by implementing Master Painter training and activities inline with regional direction.Responsibilities:
Manage program implementation of Painter Loyalty Program (Master painter program) to enhance painters’ loyalty by continuously developing and implementing initiatives / incentives so they become loyal customers and recommend Jotun to their customers
Daily and continuous management of master painter app with all its related details from front and backends.
Creativity develop initiative to increase loyalty of Jotun Master Painter member& Monitor painter’s loyalty program and ensure active usage of maximum no. of shops
Responsible for Master Painter training, gathering and all events & promotion activities relates with painters in Decorative Retail environment & coordinate with the regional retail development team to develop and implement regional promotional programs in the local market.
Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market and develop and maintain promotional activities planning exhibitions, events, and seminars to increase sales, Jotun brand awareness, and footfall on our shop network.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
Excellent command of English and Arabic
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
