As the Retail Coordinator for the Austria market, you will play an important supporting role within the Sales Team, helping to deliver strong execution and contribute to sales growth across our retail partners. In this junior position, you will assist with key operational tasks, ensuring that Dyson’s plans are carried out accurately and efficiently across both online and in‑store environments.
As our product portfolio continues to expand, the retail landscape in Austria is evolving quickly. In this role, you will help bring our commercial plans to life by supporting the team with high‑quality execution, data preparation, promotional activity, and coordination across internal departments. Your work will help ensure that Dyson’s brand presence remains strong and that our ambitious growth targets are supported through consistent, day‑to‑day operational excellence.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Sales Team across key sales activities, including sales data preparation, purchase order coordination, and internal team communication.
- Assist in preparing retailer‑specific business reviews, sales presentations, and reporting packs to support account discussions and planning.
- Contribute to the promotional planning cycle, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across the DACH region.
- Help ensure high‑quality execution of the Dyson brand across both online and in‑store environments, supporting operational excellence.
- Work with the Retail Activation Team to review and assess retailer website performance, focusing on traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), and sales.
- Support the team during occasional face‑to‑face retailer meetings and join calls with internal stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to help deliver agreed customer initiatives and maintain alignment with organisational goals.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting effective communication and contributing to the delivery of commercial results.
About You
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience in a sales, Key Account and/or retail support role, ideally within a premium or high‑end brand, with approximately 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent relationship‑building, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English – French is a plus
- Ability to support the development and execution of commercial or strategic plans, translating plans into clear actions and high‑quality execution.
- A proactive, organised, and detail‑driven approach, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
- High degree of independent work, flexibility and prioritization of tasks
- Hands‑on experience with purchase order (PO) processing and related administrative workflows.
- Willingness to go beyond at times
