⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

Get ready for a bit of everything:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service—on the floor, at the register, in the fitting rooms, wherever the action is
  • Helping bring promotions and marketing ideas to life
  • Sorting, pricing, and processing donations (you never know what treasure will turn up)
  • Keeping the store looking sharp with top‑notch visual merchandising
  • Supporting opening and closing routines
  • Handling cash securely and confidently
  • Offering guidance and support to team members when needed
  • Keeping the back‑of‑store organised and running smoothly
  • If you like variety, this role has it in spades.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Solid retail customer service experience
  • Confidence working as part of a team
  • Experience supervising or guiding others (a big plus)
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • A friendly, adaptable attitude
  • Enough fitness to keep up with the physical side of retail—lifting, moving stock, staying on your feet
