As a Business Resilience Intern, you'll gain valuable experience supporting our team's efforts to ensure business continuity during disruptions. You'll assist with analyzing potential vulnerabilities, communicating with business partners, and supporting incident management. This internship offers hands-on experience in the growing field of business resilience while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

About the role

  • Assist with assessing and analyzing the Business Resilience program to identify vulnerabilities and risks

  • Communicate with business partners on the status of events and resilience services through clear writing and presentations

  • Collaborate with team members to gather essential data, metrics and information for thorough analysis and reporting

  • Support the analysis and management of incidents and their business impact

  • Help coordinate training and awareness programs to enhance team member preparedness

  • Participate in testing and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of Business Resilience planning

  • Contribute to developing and maintaining Business Resilience processes and strategies

About you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in emergency management, business administration, risk management or related field

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in business continuity, disaster recovery, or emergency management concepts

  • Previous coursework related to risk management or business continuity

  • Basic understanding of data analysis techniques

  • Experience working in collaborative team environments
