About the Role

The Residential Supervisor is a key ambassador of Four Seasons Culture Standards, serving as both the first and last impression of our Private Residences. This role supports the day‑to‑day residential operation, ensuring residents, guests, and vendors experience seamless, personalized service in alignment with HOA guidelines and Four Seasons brand excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and vendors, escorting and orienting move‑ins, move‑outs, and service providers with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate daily residential operations, including handling mail, packages, faxes, elevator reservations, and loading dock scheduling and procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections of residential common areas and exclusive spaces, partnering with Housekeeping and Engineering to promptly address deficiencies and uphold standards.
  • Supervise residential staff, establish daily priorities, and assist with training and recruitment to ensure proper coverage and service delivery.
  • Maintain organized homeowner and client records, updating profiles and managing systems such as KeyTrak and Golden Home for access control and maintenance requests.
  • Support safety, security, and compliance efforts, including maintaining updated resident lists (pets and special assistance needs) and assisting the Fire Marshal during emergencies.
  • Maintain an orderly concierge desk and residential storage areas.
  • Provide residents with information on local dining, arts, events, and city activities reflective of the Four Seasons lifestyle.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Resident Manager or Director of Residences.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or hotel operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional resident or guest service in a high‑touch environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross‑departmental operations.
  • Proficiency with administrative systems; familiarity with access control or property management systems preferred.
