This engaging and dynamic job requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and in-person customer support. Your primary objective as a Residential Outbound Sales and First Impression Specialist is to assist customers coming into the storefront, which will require a deep understanding of our plans and processes to assist new and existing customers. You’ll also be expected to make outbound lead sales calls to gain new customers. Don’t worry! We’ll train you! This understanding will enable you to tailor each conversation to suit each customer's unique requirements and ensure their exceptional experience.
Your day-to-day activities will involve helping walk-in customers and making outbound sales calls while actively listening and proactively addressing any concerns they may have. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the conversation is crucial, establishing rapport with customers to build trust and walk them through signing up with ALLO Fiber.
Furthermore, your success in this role will rely on your ability to meet or exceed your outbound sales targets with opportunities from various sources. This requires a proactive mindset, effective time management, and strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you'll often collaborate with several other teams within the company to assist our customers. You’ll be sharing best practices and participating in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales acumen.

Commission is paid on a per-sale basis, with payments issued every two weeks with your regular paycheck.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $20 to $23 per hour plus commission depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a friendly face and voice in our storefront and over the phone by educating potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics and ALLO.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns, and completing general office duties as assigned.
Being resourceful
Match our services and products to the customers’ needs by displaying excellent listening skills.
Submit sales through ALLO’s website and schedule installations.
Document, track, and call leads through our LeadAgent CRM and other various lists.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of our customer service system (NISC) and help where needed.
Being flexible with what’s needed (which changes daily).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers
Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job with a willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for local events
Ability to logically work through challenges
Self-starter who takes initiative and can stay focused on a project through to completion
Passion for people and putting our customers first
REQUIREMENTS:
Remain stationery for extended periods

Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License
