Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Resident Relations Supervisor to join our team at our luxury association, MIRA, located in San Francisco.
Schedule: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM; 5 Days Per Week (Weekends Required)
Compensation: $25.00- $26.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
The Resident Relations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves supervising front desk staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient property operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and clients.
