About the location:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day residences Owners interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Assist residences owners in all inquiries in connection with resort services, in-house events, directions, pre-arrival needs, etc. 
  •  accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Handle departmental correspondence, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation related to maintenance, CAPEX, and projects for the resort and residences.
  • Coordinate and share information with the engineering team and other departments.
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support procurement and work order tracking.
  • Assist with daily reporting, timesheets, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure smooth administrative flow for preventive maintenance and ongoing projects.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Director or Director of Engineering.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably in a hotel or technical department).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • English and French.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
