Reseller Support

Part-Time Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional, professional guest service over the phone and in person.
- Perform deliveries to client accounts as needed, including collateral, POS materials, and other assets.
- Assist in preparing and distributing weekly pricing notifications to assigned accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to promote reseller and redemption products.
- Maintain and organize inventory of collateral and merchandise for hotel fulfillment.
- Periodically audit the in-park Wyndham kiosk to ensure brand standards and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct routine price checks for hotels and reseller partners to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
What it takes to succeed:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 1 year customer service and sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain SEA driver’s license
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently, and on a team
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced business environment
What else is important:
- Work flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be comfortable with exposure to noise
- Must be able to work indoors with A/C
- Must be comfortable in an office environment with exposure to fluorescent lighting for entire shift
