Part-Time Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide exceptional, professional guest service over the phone and in person.
  • Perform deliveries to client accounts as needed, including collateral, POS materials, and other assets.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing weekly pricing notifications to assigned accounts.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to promote reseller and redemption products.
  • Maintain and organize inventory of collateral and merchandise for hotel fulfillment.
  • Periodically audit the in-park Wyndham kiosk to ensure brand standards and inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct routine price checks for hotels and reseller partners to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have at least 1 year customer service and sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain SEA driver’s license
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently, and on a team
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced business environment

What else is important:

  • Work flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be comfortable with exposure to noise
  • Must be able to work indoors with A/C
  • Must be comfortable in an office environment with exposure to fluorescent lighting for entire shift
