About the Job
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and adaptive researcher to work directly with the pioneering participants of our brain-computer interface (BCI) product. This role bridges human neuroscience research, applied machine learning, and real-world BCI deployment. You will work closely with our machine learning, research engineering, clinical, and product teams to collect, analyze, and interpret neural and behavioral data, contributing directly to the improvement of real-time neural decoding models and user experience. Your work will directly translate to the ability of our users to control the BCI.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, learns fast, handles uncertainties strongly, and has excellent experiment operations. You should be as comfortable speaking with participants and their caregivers as you are experimenting with model training pipelines or analyzing data.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is USD 150,000 – USD 220,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or equity grants subject to board approval and company policy.
