The Cardiovascular Outcomes, Registries, and Research (CORR) department focuses on observational (outcomes) research, national registries and retrospective databases, and is one of the three research areas within the Cleveland Clinic Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. As a Research Student, you will support this mission by participating in a structured learning experience that provides hands-on exposure to laboratory techniques, clinical environments, data collection, data analysis and other essential research skills, offering a strong foundation for an exciting career in research.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Conduct research in the laboratories and/or clinical setting
Perform data collection and analysis.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High School Diploma/GED
Current undergraduate student in an accredited college or university
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Research laboratory experience
Physical Requirements:
Normal physical requirements include good near visual acuity and color acuity.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
