The Administrative Program Coordinator III provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support for ST internships and related initiatives through data collection, analysis and Excel-based reporting. This role assists with preparation of presentations and dashboard management, supports surgical units, nursing and ST educators by pulling new hire reports, competencies and residency data and coordinates onboarding activities for new caregivers including ordering lab coats, ID cards and supplies and standardizing onboarding materials. The coordinator tracks compliance, residency progress and operational metrics using Microsoft Forms and internal systems, schedules interviews, manages calendars, books meeting rooms and coordinates vendors. Additional responsibilities include supporting Kronos, Oracle and ServiceNow requests, managing supplies, team communication channels and documentation and utilizing Microsoft Office tools proficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with the ability to independently manage daily priorities, multitask effectively and meet deadlines while proactively asking clarifying questions and collaborating closely with leadership for guidance and support.
