We are looking for a Research Fellow to pursuing cutting-edge research in nanophotonic devices. The research fellow will apply nanomaterials and cutting-edge nanophotonic principles toward the design of new devices related to X-ray generation and detection.
Key Responsibilities:
Nanofabrication, simulations, and measurements
Lead papers and publish in high-impact journals
Present at top-tier international conferences
Assist in supervision graduate and undergraduate students
Assist PI in writing grants
Assist PI in performing logistics related to the project
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in physics, engineering or related field
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in scientific programming e.g., C, C++, Python etc.
Competent in teamwork and presenting results in informative visuals
Interpersonal skill: Ability to work under pressure, Ability to work independently, develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details, excellent organizational / time management skills
