The Research Analyst will join the JLL Research team in Dallas to continue to elevate a best-in-class research program that differentiates JLL.
As Research Analyst, you will be a member of the local market research team. You will have primary responsibility for collecting information, maintaining and constantly improving the quality of our data, and working with the Research team to present data in unique and compelling ways. The Research Analyst will assist in tracking and analyzing all aspects of the local commercial real estate market, economic drivers and demographics and will leverage that knowledge proactively for research products, client projects and business development efforts. This knowledge will be actively applied to enhance our research products, client projects, and business development initiatives. Support local research team with product insight for Office, Industrial, Retail, and Multi-family property types.
Conduct comprehensive data collection and validation of commercial real estate and economic indicators, encompassing properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and ownership.
Uphold rigorous data quality standards by adhering to established processes and implementing regular data audits and refinements.
Handle daily tasks such and data requests, slide creation, database management, and more.
Leverage analytical expertise to identify trends and gain a deep understanding of the economic and real estate forces shaping the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Craft compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate market insights and trends to internal teams and clients.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the value proposition of JLL's technology tools and capabilities.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a dynamic, results-oriented team environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets.
Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills.
Ability to execute and professionally meet client expectations and positively represent the firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting clear and concise reports and presentations for a variety of audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management systems. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
