Reports To: Director of SIOP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our resale operations. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes for sourced finished good products – managing lead times, supply, and inventory effectively and profitably. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, inventory management, and vendor management, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resale supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and availability of resale inventory.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create purchasing and inventory projections to integrate into the SIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning).

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and warehouse operations, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Technology and Innovation:

• Leverage technology and data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and streamline operations.
• Implement supply chain strategies within the SAP or OMP systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on resale, reverse logistics, or sustainability.
• SAP, OMP experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to manage complex supply chain networks and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using supply chain software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Certifications (Preferred):

• APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certifications.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
