You will join the Advisory Cluster within the Investments domain, a team dedicated to delivering high-quality advice and propositions for ING’s customers and drive digital lead generation for Advies team Vermogen. We work closely with product managers, marketing, and sales to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and stand out in the market.
Roles and responsibilities
In this temporary role of 6 months, you will:
- Deliver daily reportings for the investments sales journeys
- Deliver insights on investment business and existing sales funnels
- Develop and optimize messaging in owned channels
- Develop a clear and compelling plan to optimize ATV sales funnels
- Support ongoing projects within the Advisory Cluster by applying research findings to practical deliverables.
- Present your findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Required for this role
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch
- Data analyst, experienced with Python and SQL
- Experienced with salesforce, SAS, Excel
- Experienced with net flow calculations Investments
- Experienced with client selection
- Data visualization in PowerPoint, Cognos
- Experience with online lead generation based on content front-end (bloom reach) back-end (data selections)
- Investment knowledge
- Experienced with sales funnels of Advies Team Vermogen
