iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Marketing Executive VIE within our Established Products team in UKIE, you’ll help shape the future of pharmaceutical marketing! This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to develop their skills in digital marketing, customer engagement, and brand management within a supportive, innovative environment. 

You'll work closely with the Customer Engagement Lead and cross-functional teams to support marketing activities across our portfolio, with a focus on digital channels and customer-centric approaches.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support content creation and localisation for digital platforms, and help maintain and update digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reporting on digital KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials, maintain project timelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and agile working practices. 
  • Support insights gathering activities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous marketing experience (internships or graduate roles welcome).
  • Experience with project coordination or campaign support would be desirable.
  • Some connection with pharma, medical or any other scientific field would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset with ability to work with data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptive, and able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools would be preferred.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Languages:

  • Advanced English knowledge.
