This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Global Payroll Reporting Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Global Payroll Reporting Manager to lead the data and insights function for our Global Payroll team. In this role, you will be the definitive source of truth for payroll data, responsible for building a robust reporting infrastructure and providing the analysis necessary to optimize our global operations.
As the central hub for payroll intelligence, you will transform fragmented global data into unified, executive-ready dashboards and reports that drive compliance and efficiency.
Dashboard Development: Architect and manage automated, self-service dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or similar) that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as processing accuracy, cycle times, and regional cost distributions.
Operational Analysis: Perform deep-dive assessments of the team’s payroll processes to identify variances, manual touchpoints, and systemic inefficiencies.
Global Reporting Suite: Own the creation and distribution of standardized reporting packages for stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Legal, ensuring all global regulatory requirements are met.
Process Optimization: Use data-driven findings to recommend process improvements, supporting the transition from manual reporting to automated, scalable solutions.
Vendor Data Management: Audit and reconcile data from various third-party payroll providers to ensure consistency and accuracy across the global landscape.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
5+ years of experience in data reporting, payroll, or financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing global datasets.
Advanced experience with Global HCM and Payroll systems, specifically UKG (Pro/Ready), Workday and Netsuite
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
CPP Preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data reporting, payroll, or financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing global datasets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Software Expertise: Advanced experience with Global HCM and Payroll systems, specifically UKG (Pro/Ready), Workday, SAP, or ADP Vantage.
Communication: Ability to distill technical data findings into clear, concise updates for non-technical leadership.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy "diving into the data" to find discrepancies and provide strategic financial narratives.
Exceptional Communication: Ability to convey complex reporting data to non-finance business partners clearly and concisely.
Adaptability: A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
Customer Service Excellence: A proactive approach to handling employee inquiries with urgency and empathy.
Night Shift: Willing to work on night shift (US Hours).
Hybrid Setup: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
