What this job involves: Provide comprehensive reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets by implementing strategic asset management plans and integrating existing systems. This role focuses on developing analysis methods to determine component reliability, conducting root cause failure analysis, and continuously improving maintenance program strategies to meet performance outcomes while supporting JLL's enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Integrate data from building automation systems, fault detection engines, and maintenance programs to develop life-cycle analyses and repair/replacement recommendations
• Execute facility condition assessments across multiple locations and document findings for capital planning and asset management programs
• Create and manage equipment preventative maintenance tasks for continuous improvement and PM optimization
• Conduct reliability studies, equipment criticality rankings, and root cause failure analysis to prevent future failures
• Plan and perform condition-based maintenance using predictive technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
• Maintain accurate records within computerized maintenance management systems and develop key performance indicators for equipment reliability
• Support commissioning activities for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects including PM job plans and maintainability reviews
• Collaborate with maintenance and planning groups to ensure appropriate reliability metrics are implemented throughout sites
• Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements and create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
• BS in Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred)
• 5-10 years' experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, and operating building automation and energy management systems
• Thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches
• Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics with system integration
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
• Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types
• Ability to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets accurately
Preferred:
• Experience in critical/regulated environments (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing, automotive, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals)
• Certified Reliability Leader certification
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional certification
• Level 2 thermography, vibration, and ultrasound certifications
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

Estimated compensation for this position:
100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
