Your Opportunity:
As a Reliability Engineer II for Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for assisting in implementing and sustaining reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs on a Greenheck manufacturing campus. Provide the analytical and engineering foundation to move maintenance from reactive to predictive, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous uptime improvement. Transform data into actionable insight, enabling proactive decision-making and reducing total cost of ownership for a rapidly expanding automation portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist the maintenance team in the sustainment of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) best practices across manufacturing assets.
Train and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability practices and predictive tool utilization.
Partner with Automation, IT, and Maintenance teams to integrate predictive technologies (sensors, PLC data, and SCADA systems) into the CMMS.
Lead Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) and coordinate corrective action implementation.
Familiar with RACI, 5 Why’s, PMO, Fishbone, Asset Life Cycle Management, Risk Based Maintenance Planning (RBI), Storeroom Excellence, Lean Manufacturing.
Analyze equipment failure data, MTBF/MTTR trends, and maintenance work orders to identify chronic issues and improvement opportunities.
Be proficient in the concepts and application of condition-based monitoring systems (vibration, infrared, ultrasound, lubrication, etc.).
Track standardized reliability KPIs and dashboards — uptime, OEE, asset health scores, and planned vs. unplanned maintenance ratios.
Work with operations to develop criticality rankings and prioritize maintenance focus and capital replacement strategies.
Benchmark Greenheck reliability practices against world-class manufacturing standards and peer organizations.
Assist the maintenance team in the development and implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) best practices across manufacturing assets.

What you should have:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in Maintenance, Reliability, or Manufacturing required.
4 Year / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Reliability Engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
PREFERRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS for Level II:
Proven experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies with Automation, IT, and Maintenance teams (sensors, PLC data, and SCADA systems).
Familiarity with CMMS and data analytics tools (SAP PM, Maximo, Power BI, etc.).
Expert in Reliability Centered Maintenance best practices and techniques.
Working knowledge of FMEA & RCA methodologies.
Strong understanding of automation systems, sensors, and data integration.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train maintenance staff and influence cultural change.
Professional certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), CMRP or company endorsed certification preferred.
A few things you should know:
Travel is required 10-25% of time.
Will work on-site in Tulsa, OK.

The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161 - $117,552 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
