As a Regulatory Affairs Professional, you’ll become an expert in biocidal and chemical product regulations across the EMEA region. You’ll work in a matrix organisation, collaborating with Regulatory Managers, Specialists, and cross-functional teams to deliver a complex regulatory programme that supports strategic business goals. Your role ensures compliance, continuity of supply, and customer confidence - helping Arxada maintain its reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities:
Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents and submissions (SDS, labels, Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio.
Perform impact assessments of the Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) updates to Classification and Labelling and develop clear plans to maintain compliance and continuity of product supply.
Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID in support of the national authorisation BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) work programme.
Develop into the responsible person for the transitional BPR work programme for Wood and Materials Protection.
Track and process payments to regulatory authorities.
Your experience and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field1–2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides
Exceptional attention to detail
Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complexity to non-experts
A proactive mindset – able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a matrix team environment.
Experience with IUCLID, R4BP3, and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH & S)
Working knowledge of BPR, CLP, REACH and related frameworks.
