Position Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation and administrative processes to support adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The role supports compliance activities by tracking obligations, maintaining records, and assisting with regulatory reporting and audit support in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain regulatory compliance documentation, records, and files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
Track regulatory requirements, compliance activities, and reporting deadlines; follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Assist with the preparation, organization, and submission of regulatory filings, reports, certifications, and supporting documentation.
Maintain compliance information in designated systems, trackers, or databases; ensure data integrity and version control.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, or reviews by gathering requested documentation and responding to routine information requests.
Communicate compliance documentation requirements and process updates to internal teams.
Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and escalate issues in accordance with established procedures.
Perform additional compliance coordination or administrative duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
3-5 years’ relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
