About the opportunity
MP Fernhill is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care in line with best practice and organisational policies
Oversee and coordinate clinical care for residents
Administer medications and complete clinical documentation accurately
Support and supervise care staff, providing guidance and leadership
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in aged care (desirable but not essential)
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and NDIS Clearance
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
