What You'll Do
As nCino's Regional Vice President for CEE, you'll lead net-new sales growth across the CEE and beyond. This is a true hunter role — you'll own the full cycle from territory strategy through to contract close, working with financial institutions to help them reimagine how they lend, manage risk, and serve their customers.
Day to day, you'll:
Build and manage a pipeline that consistently exceeds quarterly and annual targets
Challenge prospective customers to think differently about their operations — and show them exactly how nCino makes the difference
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with confidence
Partner with BDRs, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to create a unified and compelling market presence
Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts by identifying new product and expansion opportunities
Serve as the face of nCino in CEE — building brand presence and trusted relationships across the region
What You'll Bring
6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets
Proven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives in complex, long-cycle deals
Consultative, insight-led sales approach — you listen first and lead with value
Collaborative mindset — you know how to bring internal teams with you to win
Willingness to travel across the CEE region
Fluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plus
Bonus points for:
Banking or financial services domain expertise
Experience selling into commercial or corporate banking environments
Build more than a career. Build the future of finance.
