About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to partner Regional WnD & Customer Service Manager and Regional Sales Team to ensure smooth running of E2E Supply Chain processes for the designated region - from sales order management, stock allocation, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery to customer. This role will also be responsible for ensuring right stock availability at each warehouse basis demand sensing, shall track warehousing spends vs allocated budgets, and will maintain oversight on regional 3PL vendors in all SC areas wrt to compliances in quality, legal, regulatory and financials.

Key responsibilities

• Become an indispensable business partner within the regional Sales and Supply Chain teams. Develop customer service and warehousing operations expertise; relentlessly apply this knowledge to improve productivity and take up projects to save costs & improve efficiency, which can be replicated in other regions as well. Inspire 3PL vendors to consistently deliver on superior warehousing & freight operations and high productivity.
• Functionally support the SC and Sales team by managing all Outbound deliveries for finished stock shipments to customers across the region including necessary coordination with various 3PL. Timely tracking of shipments and managing escalations to ensure resolution.
• Become a SPOC for all inventory and quality audits across regional warehouse, training 3PLs on quality SOPs, driving actions and ensuring timely CAPA closures.
• Maintain complete oversight on inventory management processes across 3PL vendors – tracking damage, shortage, and stock write-offs.
• Collaborate with transporters to find new age solutions to drive optimization of service lead time and cost.
• Efficiently operate and manage tech tools like DMS (Distributor Management System) and TMS (Transport Management System) to improve productivity.

Qualifications and skills Essential

• Post-graduate degree or equivalent in Management in Supply Chain
• 4+ years of experience
• Basic Understanding of finances, operations in warehousing, Logistics & customer service.
• Understanding of Supply chain management principles and processes

Preferred

• Past experience in Consumer Health care industry/ CPG industry is a plus
• Proven track record of using data to analyse and improve productivity and operations
• Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills; Data visualization skills are a must.
