Regional Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling the portfolio of shaker systems (vibration test systems), vibration controllers, and associated service and maintenance contracts. You will work closely with the factory located in England and with local rep partners. You will be surrounded by experts in their fields and report directly to the Global Head of Sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (test laboratories, large industrial groups, especially in aero defense and space, automotive, and public authorities), building strong connections to meet their expectations.
  • Prospect to identify new potential markets among existing clients or new players seeking testing solutions.
  • Analyze client needs and build the best technical and financial offer.
  • Present and demonstrate the added value of your solution to clients.
  • Track opportunities and ensure their progression toward successful closure.
  • Negotiate deals from technical, financial, and legal perspectives.
  • Manage accounts in Key Account mode using tools like “Miller Heiman.”
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with project teams for customized solutions.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Beyond your technical knowledge, you stand out for your listening and synthesis skills, as well as your interpersonal ease.
  • 5 years in business development, sales management, or senior sales engineering positions in relevant industries, with direct customer engagement resulting in substantial year over year growth. 
  • Proven track record of identification, evaluation, and commercialization of new business opportunities 
  • You know how to manage business in Key Account mode; B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and work well in a team, leveraging available resources and expertise.
  • You are tenacious, enjoy challenges, and are committed to achieving goals.
  • Autonomy and rigor are essential for this role.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license & the ability to operate a motor vehicle. 
  • Travel, up to 30-40%.

  • The starting salary will be approximately $100,000 USD
  • 43% STI sales bonus
  • $300 biweekly car allowance
  • Location: US, with hybrid/home office options.
