Define the sales strategy for the Region and for customers headquartered in the region and ensure deployment
Participate and contribute actively to the definition of the Product Group(s) strategy in the Region by identifying growth opportunities and conditions.
Challenge the sales objectives and strategic projects proposed by the regional sales team in order to ensure profitable growth and develop market shares.
Drive sales contribution to the Product Group(s) Mid Term Plan and Budget (Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price Management) in the Region.
Coordinate priorities in the Region for customer’s satisfaction
Manage the relationship with customers in the region, representing Division/PG
Is the Division/PG Sales Representative in the region.
Ensure the interface between customers in the region and the Division/PG Sales Organization, ∙ Support the National Director in their role as the key interface to the regional customers and local authorities. ∙ Manage regional communications in crisis situations to ensure that relationships with the customer are not potentially damaged.
Collaborate to Innovation Tech Days in co-operation with Product Marketing and R&D for the customers in his region.
Ensure achievement of sales performance in the region and in line with agreed targets:
Regionally for the Product Group(s) Sales objectives and performance: Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price Management, Exchange rates.
Manage the implementation of the Product Group Sales and Business Development strategy in the Region. ∙ Support the CAA validation process for customers in the region.
Support the MTP and budget processes for all customers in the region.
