Senior Affiliate Marketing

Supports overall affiliate strategy while driving growth for the MCN business. Responsible for securing campaigns for affiliates, expanding the creator network, and ensuring efficient campaign execution.

What You'll Do

• Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in MCN strategy and pitch development for new campaigns
• Source and secure campaigns that align with the MCN’s creator network and growth objectives
• Expand and activate the creator network by onboarding new affiliates and building long-term relationships
• Oversee day-to-day MCN campaign operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for campaign optimization and network growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals
• Mentor and guide Affiliate Executives focused on MCN executions
• Support the Talent Development team in nurturing creators, enhancing performance, and driving long-term growth within the network

Who You Are

• Must have a strong background in Talent Development and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) operations
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of campaign management, performance tracking, and optimization
• Experience working with content creators and managing creator relationships
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
