Regional Sales Manager, Respiratory/Biologics – North Texas

Position Summary:
You will lead a regional specialty sales team focused on respiratory biologics. You will coach and develop field colleagues, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and deliver regional commercial plans. Territory - North Texas, Dallas and Fort Worth


Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to meet regional objectives and performance standards.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, ENT specialists, and key healthcare stakeholders.

  • Create and execute territory and account plans aligned to national strategy and measurable targets.

  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues, including medical, market access and training, to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

  • Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality talent in the region and support ongoing skills development.

  • Track territory performance, maintain accurate records and complete required compliance and training activities.

Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device sales experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.

  • Experience engaging specialty care physicians and managing complex accounts.

  • Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for the role.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Advanced degree in business, life sciences, nursing or related field.

  • Experience with biologic products, specialty care channels, or buy-and-bill models.

  • Strong coaching, presentation and stakeholder influencing skills.

  • Track record recruiting and retaining high-performing sales teams.

  • Experience working with payer or reimbursement teams.

  • Prior experience in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Work Arrangement:
This role is primarily remote with hybrid expectations based on territory needs and team coordination. You will be expected to live within or near the assigned territory and travel to customer sites regularly.
