Reporting to the Canadian Head of Sales, the Ontario (Central/ East) Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve aspirational growth objectives across the Codman Specialty Surgical Division and Tissue Technologies Division for Integra International.
The Regional Sales Manager leads a team of territory sales managers and clinical specialists; and may also be responsible for engagement with indirect sales agents and distributors across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving all assigned regional performance objectives and for implementing proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets.
- Responsible for executing Canada’s Key Strategic Priorities in Ontario (Central/ East).
- Focus the team’s efforts and resources towards growing Integra’s focused products.
- In alignment with Canada’s Head of Sales for CSS, Tissue Technologies and Distributed Divisions, develop regional strategies and cross-divisional business plans.
- Lead, inspire, and mobilize their team to achieve aspirational growth objectives across Integra’s full portfolio in.
- Achieve success through strong collaboration with sales, marketing, professional education, and CTP teams.
- Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews per Integra policies.
- Nurture long term customer relationships with key clinicians to understand clinical needs, patient management direction, and effectiveness of products/outcomes.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to effectively capitalize on opportunities and manage potential threats.
Business Development
- Maintain a high level of clinical, market and product knowledge and drive synergies across Integra’s full portfolio of products.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key-customers to accelerate growth in Ontario (Central/ East).
- Identify and advance capital deals to increase the installed capital base within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.
- Ongoing evaluation of customers and market to understand future needs and share awareness with Canada’s senior leadership.
- Foster a team culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A university undergraduate degree is required; business or science degree, preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ work experience within the Medical Device industry
- A track record of leading a successful team.
- A self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mentality to achieve results.
- A proven ability to identify opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to capitalize on them.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to target and support customer needs, enterprise level customer relationship and development skills.
- Energetic, action-orientated and performance driver.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in addition to a strong attention to detail.
