Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a high-growth builder, someone who has spent 7+ years driving acquisition-focused businesses—ideally in vendor, SaaS, or greenfield-style environments. This is not a maintenance role; it is a creation role.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading or significantly contributing to growth acquisition businesses in tech/SaaS/cybersecurity.
Proven success running greenfield or high-velocity net-new logo teams.
Experience with VAR, GSI, AWS, Azure, GCP, or cloud-native sales environments is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale outbound pipelines, seller talent, and territory motions.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and how to accelerate net-new through partners.
Ability to run a “builder mentality” team: structured, metrics-driven, optimistic, and innovative.
Leadership Attributes:
Humble-minded, high-intensity, customer-obsessed leader.
A coach, not a commander — someone who grows people and raises standards daily.
Data-driven with a strong analytical approach to pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
Comfortable operating with speed, ambiguity, and accountability.
Thrives in environments where new models, new teams, and rapid evolution are the norm.
