About the Team
The Specialized Product Sales team drives adoption of Workday’s most innovative and strategic AI Talent Suite, driving the sales of our two flagship AI Talent Suite: HiredScore & ParadoxAbout the Role
As a Regional Sales Director for this specialized sales team, you will lead the sales motion for Workday’s AI Talent suite across EMEA. You will manage and develop a team of Product Specialists while personally engaging in high-impact opportunities to differentiate and sell the Workday AI Talent Suite.
In this role, you will :
Drive unified GTM execution across Europe (EMEA) with a GM mindset, partnering with HCM and Financials sellers, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Partners, and Operations to maximize pipeline and execution.
Lead & Coach: Hire, lead, and mentor a team of Product Sales Specialists focused on Workday’s AI Talent Suite.
Talent & Development AI Leadership: Guide complex enterprise sales motions while shaping sales strategy, competitive positioning, and enablement. Driving the "Total Talent" Narrative: You will articulate a seamless vision where Workday Recruiting (Core) and Candidate Engagement (Nurture) are supercharged by Paradox (Conversational AI/Scheduling) and HiredScore (Talent Orchestration/Prioritization).
Persona-Based Value Proposition (Talent & AI):
Manage sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CHROs, Heads of TA, CIOs, and AI Compliance Officers). You will navigate data privacy concerns and explain the value of "Responsible AI."
Demand Generation: Lead demand-generation initiatives that advance Workday’s vision for an open, extensible, AI-powered enterprise platform.
About You
You are a hands-on sales leader who can coach top-tier specialists while driving critical platform and AI deals forward. You bring a proven track record selling enterprise platforms and extensible technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled innovation and data transformation. You thrive in emerging product areas and excel at leading teams through complex, consultative sales motions.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, product, services, or pre-sales roles selling to C-Level executives (CHRO, CIO, CTO).
2+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment, with accountability for team performance and product-led selling.
5+ years selling enterprise Talent technology, sales enablement, talent management, or HR SaaS solutions.
5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, with a consistent record of revenue and quota attainment.
Other Qualifications
Fluency in English, plus French or German (dependent on location); additional languages are a plus.
Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and talent platforms apply to enterprise use cases, including process automation, intelligent agents, decision support & compliance.
Proven ability to incorporate data-driven insights, forecasting, and planning into sales strategy and executive conversations.
Resilience & Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you are helping to inform demand generation strategies and define the market for transformative AI solutions.
