Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding.
Pipeline Generation:
Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities within key healthcare verticals such as hospitals, integrated health systems, and government programs.
Distributor Management:
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with regional distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives, optimize channel performance, and drive joint business plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and procurement decision-makers at enterprise healthcare accounts.
Market Expertise:
Become a trusted advisor to customers and an internal expert on patient monitoring trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment in SEA.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Modality, Clinical Application Specialists, Services, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align solutions with market needs.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate forecasting and provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, distributor performance, and territory results to senior management
Team Coaching & Leadership:
Proven Track Record:
10+ years of B2B healthcare or medical device sales experience, with a consistent track record and high say/do ratio.
Regional Expertise:
Deep understanding of and established network within the Southeast Asian healthcare market (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
Industry Background:
Prior experience in patient monitoring, or clinical workflow technologies highly desirable.
Distributor Management Experience:
Demonstrated success in managing and growing distributor relationships to achieve regional sales objectives.
Communication:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to develop a territory plan, identify key verticals, and execute a go-to-market strategy.
