SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun South East Asia & Pacific (SEAP) Regional Office is looking for Regional Operations Manager to support, guide, and follow up with local Operations, Factory, and Supply Chain managers across the region by providing project support, best practice training, and expert guidance on manufacturing, process, and logistics. This ensures coordinated and aligned operations, high service levels, optimized cost and inventory levels.Job Responsibilities:
Elevating the technical know-how of manufacturing processes in the region to increase operational efficiency, increase OTIF and minimizing operational costs.
Monitor the implementation of priorities agreed upon with regional and local management by guiding and instructing local Jotun companies to increase efficiency and capacity in operations.
Actively campaign and oversee improvement projects in the region by advising and assisting local organizations to ensure value addition to Jotun Operations System and securing lean and cost-effective solutions.
Facilitate and lead transfer of knowledge by arranging regional meetings and trainings to ensure that all units operate according to Jotun’s standards and policies
Contribute to developing standards for Operations by contributing to Jotun Operations System and Jotun Operations Academy development to ensure alignment between corporate, regional, and local needs.
Support and train Operations managers and key personnel in the regions by promoting and following up on participation in the JOA program and other training initiatives to increase the competence of current and future Operations managers.

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English.
Knowledge of process/production within paint and coatings.
