Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Responsible for regional key project promotion, and increasing regional sales volume of related products.
负责区域内重点项目的推广，提高区域内产品销量。
2. Develop and manage regional marketing team, work closely with sales team and ensure to achieve annual
sales target
发展和管理区域市场团队，和销售团队紧密配合，以确保达成年度指标。
3. Responsible for regional marketing campaigns, including: holding regional events and area events,
sponsoring 3rd party congress etc., to make more customers have cognition of Roche products.
负责推广活动，包括：举办区域会，城市会，参加第三方会议等模式，以达到更多客户认知罗氏产品。
4. Maintain communication and cooperation with KOL, cultivate speakers for market promotion
维护与区域学术带头人的交流合作，为市场推广发展专业讲者。
5. Develop and maintain regional Key customers to improve customer experience
发展并维护区域重点客户,提升用户体验。
6. Conduct product training to sales and distributors regularly
定期对销售人员和经销商进行产品培训。
7. Collect and manage customer information, competitor information, industry trends and sales data etc., to
make and implement regional marketing campaign plans better.
收集并整理客户信息，竞争对手信息，行业动态信息,销售数据等，以更好的制定区域推广计划和实施。
Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. At least bachelor degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration.
临床检验学科或商业管理专业本科及以上学历
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written
英语说写能力俱佳
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
Experience工作经验:
1. At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in IVD or related industry
至少5年体外诊断领域或相关行业销售或市场经验
2. At least 3 years managerial experience
