Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
Degree in Business or Marketing with 10 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management, of which at least 5 years in a Senior Manager position
Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills
