The Regional Manager, Customer Success leads a geographically distributed team of Customer Success professionals supporting Smart Care’s largest and most strategic customers. This role owns customer outcomes across a defined region, including adoption, retention, expansion, and overall customer health. As a member of the Smart Care Go-to-Market team, we aspire to sustain Stryker's Smart Hospital Platform using approaches our customers rave about.
