As a Regional Sales Manager Contact Lenses supporting the Commercial team, you will provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.The Manager II, Vision Care General Field Sales & Account Management (Management Path) is primarily responsible for driving sales operations and achieving performance targets. You will build an effective sales team, create and execute business plans, and maintain client relationships while developing new opportunities.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Maintain established relationships with customers through regular visits to explain product concepts and promote, sell, and consult on the correct use of company products
  • Represent Alcon in the specific channel and promote and sell Alcon products effectively
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance indicators (KPIs) to meet established goals and track and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Provide technical clarifications and assist customers in solving problems within your knowledge field
  • Request and follow guidance in accordance with the company's commercial policy and compliance. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations​.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Administration, Psychology,or related field)
  • Advanced level of English is desirable
  • +5 years of experience in a similar role .
