How You’ll Make An Impact:
As a key member of the Total Rewards team, support and implement Boomi’s total reward strategy and manage Global compensation programs and practices across Boomi. Ensure that reward programs are competitive, cost effective, support our ability to attract and retain talent, and adequately align to our global philosophy. The role will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and recommending changes to compensation programs, including administration of our short and long-term incentive plans and delivering communication to People Team, management and employees.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the global compensation subject matter expert, providing strategic advisory support to Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on offers, leveling, market pricing, pay decisions, and annual programs
- Lead enterprise compensation programs including annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning in partnership with HRBPs, HR Technology, Finance, and Accounting
- Oversee equity and stock plan administration governance, partnering with the external administrator to ensure accurate grant processing, reporting, compliance, and audit readiness
- Support Compensation Committee prep and develop materials related to incentive design, equity utilization, and program performance
- Design, maintain, and evolve Boomi’s market data and job architecture strategy, ensuring competitive positioning, internal equity, and scalability as the business grows
- Support financial planning activities by providing compensation cost modeling, forecasts, and scenario analysis to Finance, Accounting, and People leadership
- Identify and assess compensation and organizational effectiveness opportunities, translating market trends and internal data into actionable recommendations for the VP Total Rewards and HR Leadership Team
- Lead, coach, and develop compensation team members, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and building bench strength for the function
The Experience You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Communications, HR, or similar field
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience; 5+ several years in a people leadership capacity and global program exposure preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading global compensation programs in a technology, SaaS, or PE backed and public co. environments
- Expertise in base pay administration, annual incentive planning, equity and long term incentive programs, and market pricing
- Hands on experience with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and market data strategy using Radford or comparable surveys
- Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Accounting, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Legal
- Experience developing executive and Compensation Committee level materials and analyses preferred
- Strong, hands on Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, analyze, and interpret compensation models independently
- Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to explain compensation topics in simple, practical terms to a wide range of stakeholders and ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Prior experience leading or mentoring compensation team members, formally or informally
Bonus Points If You Have:
- CCP, GRP, or CEP designation preferred
- Ownership of equity and stock plan administration, including vendor management and governance preferred
- Experience supporting or partnering closely with Sales Compensation teams preferred
- Familiarity with pay equity, global regulatory and compliance considerations impacting compensation programs preferred

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $162,240 - $243,360 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
