Job Description Summary

The role of the Regional Facility Manager is responsible for the effective management of all the client’s facilities portfolio in all the countries part of the assigned region. This includes the effective leadership/management of all account deployed staff within region as well as all FM Operations and deliverables/scope of work as per client MSA.

About the Role:

  • Contract & Compliance Oversight: Understand detailed contract terms, enforce policies, ensure compliance with safety, statutory maintenance, health, and environmental regulations, and maintain adherence to KPIs and MSAs.
  • Operational & Maintenance Management: Lead planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, CMMS management, and ensure efficient facility operations, including inspections and documentation updates.
  • Financial & Quality Control: Manage budgets, cost control, and quality assurance while preserving and enhancing facility value through well-organized maintenance programs.
  • Team Leadership & Client Relations: Direct and evaluate staff performance, foster positive employee relations, and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
  • Reporting & Incident Management: Oversee internal/external reporting, business reviews, and incident response with a focus on risk mitigation, continuity, and stakeholder communication.

About You:

  • Minimum Degree in Facility/ Property Management, Building Services, or its equivalent.
  • 10+yrs experience in Facilities Management or Operations Management with 5+yrs experience in leading, developing and coaching small to medium teams.
  • Capability to manage a commercial portfolio with APAC regional experience will be highly preferred.
  • Possessing the experiences in both Hard and Soft Services Management, as well as leadership capabilities.
  • Experienced in managing multiple service line contactors. Achieve service deliveries meeting time, quality, and budget agreements.
