Job Summary: You will serve as a REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER in the COMMANDER NAVY SOUTHEAST of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

Major Duties:

  • You advise on strategic planning, future (long range) planning, existing business processes, process improvement initiatives, metric analysis, corporate governance, resource and performance management and knowledge management.
  • You will oversee future planning processes to identify future requirements and integrate them into strategic and business plans.
  • You will assist in the development and execution of business strategies for NRSE and compare program requirements to budget resources.
  • You will oversee coordination and execution of executive leadership meetings, strategic and business planning sessions.
  • You will compile and analyze information needed to review and improve cost performance methodologies.
  • You will establish and maintain cooperative relationships to ensure the business is conducted in a coordinated manner.
  • You will assign work based on priorities, the difficulty of the work performed, and the capabilities of the employee.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating and directing action necessary to incorporate up-to-date business plans with strategic requirements; 2) Analyzing business operations and employ analytics to determine the most efficient and effective organization; 3) Integrating policy development and evaluating the content of new or modified legislation for projected impact on programs or resources.
