About the role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Referral Growth Manager to own our Refer-a-Friend (RAF) program end-to-end – from strategy and incentives to CRM journeys, product UX, and community mechanics. This person will turn RAF, “play together,” and our community hub into a scalable, measurable growth loop that drives new depositors, higher retention, and stronger engagement.
What you will do:
- Define RAF strategy (eligibility, incentives, anti-abuse rules, promo calendar) and its role in the overall acquisition mix.
- Own KPIs across the funnel: invites, registrations, NADs, first deposit, referrer LTV, friend LTV, and community engagement.
- Design and execute automated journeys in your CRM (Smartico): RAF onboarding, winback, nudges to share, “play together” prompts, and ongoing engagement.
- Build and test offer structures and messaging variants by segment (power referrers, social players, sleepers, bonus hunters), with strong experimentation discipline.
- Turn the RAF base and community hub into a flywheel: peer challenges, group missions, tournaments, and UGC/content that fuels organic reach.
- Collaborate on social, influencer, and content programs that promote RAF and “play together,” and close the loop so community actions are measurable and attributed.
- Work with product and design to evolve the RAF flows (in-app entry points, referral UX, tracking, rewards experience) and the community hub (badges, tiers, social proof, shared sessions).
- Maintain RAF dashboards, understand cohort behavior (RAF vs non-RAF, referrers vs referees), and run post-mortems on big pushes.
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in growth / lifecycle / CRM marketing, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated B2C verticals with bonuses and strict compliance.
- Proven work on either referral programs, loyalty, or community-led growth initiatives where referrals/advocacy meaningfully impacted acquisition and retention.
- Strong lifecycle and segmentation skills, hands-on in a major CRM platform, comfortable building multi-step automated flows and testing frameworks.
- Data-literate: can pull and interpret performance data, partner well with analytics, and translate insights into experiments.
- Product mindset: comfortable writing simple requirements, mapping flows, and prioritizing UX improvements that move KPIs.
- Community sensibility: understands how to design mechanics that get people to invite friends, play together, post, and return.
What we offer:
- Discretionary bonus
- Premium Health insurance
- Career and skills development opportunities
- Fun and collaborative team environment
- Exclusive employee discounts and perks through Perkopolis
