The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. The opportunity:

As a German speaking Reference Letter Specialist you are part of a dynamic, vivid and spiritful organization and you are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of reference letters for all Roche affiliates. You will proactively advise P&C and business partners on reference letter-related processes to guarantee that our People Practices effectively support the business.

Your main tasks will include (but not limited to):

  • Issuing reference letters while adhering to expected quality standards and legally stipulated deadlines.
  • Managing our reference letter tool and ticketing system accurately to ensure operations meet defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Providing professional customer service, developing key stakeholder relationships and advising partners on the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Demonstrating process knowledge to ensure compliance by updating documentation (SWIs, SOPs, GWIs) and strictly adhering to legal and data protection regulations

  • Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations
  • Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong & precise work-ethic, good analytical skills and ability to focus on details
  • A tech savvy vein, analytical thinking, strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite applications
  • Experience in service delivery or customer care environment
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
