As a KYC Static Data Operator within the Client Lifecyle Management Luxembourg Team, you will support the department by updating and entering client data in Avaloq, the general ledger. You will work within Static Data team which is responsible for Avaloq and connected downstream systems. This includes performing reconciliations and ensuring highest quality in all relevant systems.

Responsibilities

  • Update general ledger with due diligence
  • Assist within a dynamic team to discover discrepancies, correct, and report them
  • Reconcile downstream systems with general ledger
  • Consolidate different data sets
  • Operating DB KYC onboarding system and extract data

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare large data sets, identify logical links, and clearly communicate findings
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and learn quickly
  • High standards of integrity, with a commitment to doing the right thing and continuously improving processes
  • Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working in an international and diverse environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent English required (German is an advantage)
