The Red Hat Training and Certification team is looking for a Partner Manager to support our training business across North America. The preferred location is Raleigh,. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial results by effectively nurturing and expanding partnerships with key organizations in the Red Hat ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that not only strengthen our partner relationships but also directly impact the company's bottom line. Your ability to strategically collaborate, communicate, and execute plans will be instrumental in your success.
Generate and forecast demand for Red Hat Training and Certification with the partner ecosystem.
Meet and exceed the quota associated with the Red Hat Training partner ecosystem.
Establish and maintain productive strategic relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Recruit new partners based on market demands.
Ensure we constantly review and refresh our training partner program. Ensure all decisions are clearly based on performance metrics and consistency on current program rules.
Collaborate with Red Hat Marketing to develop and design key partner marketing initiatives.
Provide sales enablement for key Red Hat Training partners.
Collaborate with Red Hat Training Sales teams for partner sales opportunities.
Attend and lead regular sales and marketing face-to-face meetings with training partners.
Support partner-led virtual and live events, including a multi-day annual conference.
Support implementation and changes to partner programs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
4+ years experience in channel management
History of exceeding financial objectives
Ability to be personable, yet persistent
Highly motivated and professional with excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and social skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good understanding of partner sales and marketing
Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
Ability to travel up to 25%
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
