Our role at Heetch is to find the best qualified candidates, ensure that they have a great experience by providing a smooth process from end to end, and to help hiring managers and decision makers in their efforts to grow their teams.
What will be your role?
Working hands in hands with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will help support our recruiting efforts, be the candidate’s best friend and hiring manager’s go to person for hiring needs.
By making sure candidates have a smooth and enjoyable experience all along the recruitment process, you’ll help us attract and hire the best talents.
As part of the broader People team, it's also our duty to work on both the candidate's experience and help, advise, train and support everyone taking part in the hiring process.
Does it sound like you?
- You can write and speak English and French fluently
- You're well organised and like planning things ahead for both yourself and others
- You feel comfortable dealing with different stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates from various countries, external suppliers)
- You understand the importance of communication and are not afraid to share information: often, clearly and freely to keep everyone updated and aligned
- You show empathy and like providing support to people both internally (managers, recruiters, interviewers) and externally (candidates)
- You have an ownership mindset and don’t like to be micromanaged
- You never stay stuck on a problem for too long: You either find a way to solve it or ask for help to do so
- You understand the recruitment's mission within an organisation
What will you do?
- You will be the first point of contact with the candidates doing the CV screening and 1st interviews
- You will, smoothly and seamlessly, support recruiters and hiring managers to organise candidates' interviews and help improve whatever needs to be
- You will support team members using our recruiting tools (lever ATS), train users when needed, and help create relevant tutorials/documentation
- You will leverage our data, pull out reports to give us data driven insights of hiring practices
- You will track employee referrals to distribute rewards and help improve the program
