  • Scope: APAC region – senior leaders, commercial, sales and key supply chain, Finance, IT roles

Position Summary

  • The Recruitment Specialist (senior), APAC is a hands-on, agile talent acquisition leader responsible for accelerating high-quality hiring across the region. Leveraging strong industry understanding and deep market insight, the role drives recruitment for senior, commercial, and critical supply-chain positions while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, commercial, and supply-chain, Finance and IT roles across APAC.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, market mapping, and targeted sourcing.
  • Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal recruitment capability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders and hiring managers.
  • Localize and activate the employee value proposition across APAC; embed DEI principles in sourcing and selection.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in Workday workflows; enhance recruitment processes.
  • Produce recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop one Sourcing Specialist.

  • TA Expertise (Proficient–Advanced) – Understands market and role profiles; advises hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of APAC recruitment experience, ideally in specialty chemicals or distribution.
  • Experience hiring senior leaders, commercial managers, and supply-chain profiles.
  • Competency-based interviewing aligned with Skills Frameworks.
  • Ability to shift recruitment from agency-driven to internal sourcing.
  • Strong analytical capability using recruitment metrics.
  • Stakeholder management experience in matrix environments.
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday.
