Position Summary
The Recruitment Specialist (senior), APAC is a hands-on, agile talent acquisition leader responsible for accelerating high-quality hiring across the region. Leveraging strong industry understanding and deep market insight, the role drives recruitment for senior, commercial, and critical supply-chain positions while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, commercial, and supply-chain, Finance and IT roles across APAC.
Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, market mapping, and targeted sourcing.
Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal recruitment capability.
Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders and hiring managers.
Localize and activate the employee value proposition across APAC; embed DEI principles in sourcing and selection.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in Workday workflows; enhance recruitment processes.
Produce recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics.
Lead, coach, and develop one Sourcing Specialist.
