JOB SUMMARY
There is a growing volume of large-scale recruitment marketing initiatives that require additional execution support. Due to limited internal production capacity and a sustained increase in incoming requests, additional resources are needed to maintain quality, speed, and consistency. This position exists to support the design, build, maintenance, and testing of landing pages and websites critical to recruitment campaigns. By augmenting the current team’s bandwidth, this role helps ensure timely delivery and continuous optimization of digital marketing assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing Recruitment Marketing tasks and learning
- Lead project to launch new social media channels and enhance existing ones
- Learn and execute Landing Page Design
- Work with campaign deployment and optimization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, recruitment, employer branding, or HR technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience or coursework related to landing page creation or website content management preferred
The Recruitment Marketing Intern will support the Recruitment Marketing team by assisting with day to day operations and contributing to high impact projects. This role offers hands on experience across recruitment marketing, digital platforms, events, and data analysis in a fast paced environment.
