The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Sydney team and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across our Australian offices.

What you’ll do

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support for lateral recruitment across Australia.

  • Draft and post job advertisements, schedule interviews (virtual and in-person), and manage candidate communications.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in systems such as Workday and LinkedIn.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates to ensure an exceptional experience.

  • Assist with resume screening, market mapping, pre-employment checks, and onboarding new recruitment agencies.

  • Process invoices and referral rewards, and support ad hoc recruitment projects.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year in a client-focused coordination or assistant role, ideally within recruitment or the legal industry.

  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills to manage a fast-paced, national portfolio.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with recruitment systems and LinkedIn is desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
